I absolutely ADORE Thackshack Art. The Thackerays are some of my favorite people. Whenever we’re in Saint George, we go see them because I just can’t not! We met in the same ward back in college and right as we were becoming good friends we both moved to other places. So I was SUPER game with having an excuse to go see them when they asked me to come take some brand pictures for their site and instagram. Katie and Noah (and Charlie 😉 ) are amazing artists and create a ton of different things- from printables to banners to custom commissions. And they also make wedding invitations and are one of my very favorite vendors for that!

 

Some of my favorite parts of this session were when we were taking pictures of them doing things they like to do as a family – reading to Charlie, gardening, baking cookies. When we took the baking cookies pictures, Charlie grabbed a big spoonful of flour and ate it haha! And I think he did it again so it must have been tasty! Journal sessions of real-life moments at home are my very favorite and this one was a little bit of both! I loved it.
