This was my first try at urban photography and I loved it! When I asked Cory and Danielle where they wanted to go, they said they usually did nature sessions so it would be fun to try something urban, and it was! These Salt Lake City family pictures are perfect! I’m so glad they asked me to do them. We found a parking garage in SLC and had a blast capturing these fun, candid pictures of their family.

I love taking pictures with kids – they are so genuine. They are the definition of candid and I love it. Cory and Danielle wanted a few pictures of just them as a couple too. Little Ben is very fond of his mom and dad, and rightly so because they are some of the best parents out there. So we would hurry and snap some shots of them while he was preoccupied with a snack. Or he would even be at their feet and you’d never be able to tell! Ben had a great time playing in the piled up snow and exploring a new place. I could do this session every day!
