Utah Photographer | Snowy Mountains Maternity Session

This session was gorgeous! All day the weather had been scaring us, threatening to dump inches of snow on us at any moment.  Sarah and Steve were brave and decided to try for it anyway. We went into the canyon and we could see snow falling on the mountains behind us but it hadn’t quite made it to ground level yet – but it was getting close! It made for one of the most stunning backdrops I’ve ever seen. Being a Utah photographer has major perks. ???? We made it back safe and (mostly) dry before the snow came to ground level, thankfully! 

 

Steve and Sarah are amazing. We had  the privilege to teach a temple prep class with them; they are incredible stalwart and strong people. During our session, I loved watching Steve care for his sweet Sarah – making sure she didn’t slip and doing what he could to keep her warm and comfortable – all while the snow was getting into his shoes. ???? And Sarah was so stunning in her beautiful dress with her precious baby bump. This little guy is coming to one of the greatest sets of parents.
