JaNessa is a pro herself with the camera. She took the cutest maternity pictures for us when I was pregnant with my first. Then, a while back she asked me if I wanted to trade family sessions… yesssss! I’m always game for taking pictures (and my husband and kids are really good sports about it ????). If I don’t have to set up a tripod to do it, I’m all for that. Last fall JaNessa took some of the sweetest, beautifully candid pictures of our little family, and I loved being able to repay the favor. She also does film photography which literally amazes me – it is such an art!

 

Landon and JaNessa are such a solid couple. I admire the amazing mother JaNessa is so much. I remember going on a walk with her once and she told me that dads are really good at playing with kids and she had learned that it was okay if that wasn’t her gift. That simple conversation has helped me love watching my husband play with our girls without being bothered that I’m not as good at it. I can just love that it is his gift! JaNessa, however, definitely has that gift. It was so fun to watch these two interact with their precious boys.

 

Their sweet family is off to Wisconsin for the next while! I can’t wait to hear your fun stories! Good luck on this big move and exciting new adventure!
