Regret Free Wedding Podcast Episode 5: 2 Keys to a Regret Free Wedding
There are so many things that lead to a regret free wedding that becomes a memory you can cherish forever. That’s what this wedding planning podcast is all about! There are two things you can do right now, though, that will make the BIGGEST impact.
Tim McGraw knew something when he said “always stay humble and kind”. And I would add grateful. Planning a wedding can be crazy and it’s easy to get wrapped up in ourselves and what we have to do. But the happiest brides I meet are always the ones who stay humble and grateful.
I went a little crazy when I was engaged, and sadly a lot of brides do. I think the stress just gets to us. Some ways to help avoid that are to make sure you have someone you trust that can be your sounding board. And let go of any agendas you may have or things you may be trying to prove. Your wedding is a time for you to enjoy celebrating you and your sweetheart. It’s not a time to prove anything or hold onto spite or agendas.
If you can stay humble and kind and approach every decision you make with gratitude, it will automatically make your decisions so much more sound.
I know humility and gratitude are kind of vague concepts, so head to the workbook to find tips and ways to implement these principles. Humility and gratitude are the keys to a wedding that is free of regrets.
